No cookies, no trackers

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and uses no advertising or tracking technology of any kind. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests two font files from Google's servers when a page loads; no other third-party requests are made.

What we collect, and when

The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us by email (for example, ordering a Snapshot or joining the AI Agents waiting list): typically your name, email address, firm and message. We use it to reply to you and deliver what you asked for. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to marketing lists you didn't ask to join.

Where it lives and how long

Email correspondence is held in our business email (Google Workspace, encrypted in transit and at rest). Client work and evidence are held securely for the duration of the engagement and for six years afterwards, in line with normal professional record-keeping. If you enquire and never become a client, we delete the correspondence within twelve months on request or sooner if you ask.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to raise any concern with the UK's data regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
